Getting Service Right From the Start
Getting service is straightforward and fast, from the moment you call to the moment we finish your window and door replacement and installation.
We’ve simplified the service request process so you get help when you need it. From the moment you call to the moment we finish, we keep things simple.
When you reach out to us at Weather Tite Windows, you will be met with one of our friendly customer service representatives who are eager to answer questions, find resolutions, and schedule appointments.
Â
We respond immediately during business hours.
One of our highly trained product specialists will review options for the different products and glass types we offer, making sure all needs and wants are met.
Â
When the purchase agreement is made, we will collect a deposit and will create your internal account with Weather Tite Windows so we can track your job from beginning to end.
After the account is created and deposit is collected, we will send out one of our skilled measure technicians to take photos and measure openings so we can make sure your order is accurate down to 1/8 of an inch. When scheduling, we will ask if any additional documentation is needed or requested by your HOA.
At the time of the appointment, we will provide a copy of our insurance and license to start the HOA approval process. After measures are complete, we will follow up again to see if the HOA approval is in.
After we receive your measures & HOA paperwork, we will check your order against the measurements and the photos taken to ensure that your order complies with building code, any HOA requirements, and your personal style.
The quote produced will then go through a final review with our general managers and the permitting team before placing the order. We will then start the necessary paperwork to pull a permit with the required jurisdiction.
Order is finalized with PGT®! Once your order is delivered, our warehouse crew will carefully unload it off the truck and check for quality control, inspecting the products for any damages or missing pieces.
Our team will then reach out to schedule and coordinate installation with our expert installers.
Installers will arrive between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to begin preparing your space for installation.
They start by protecting your home before beginning the window & door replacement. Our crews will deliver precise and careful installations, and are happy to answer any questions throughout the process.
Senior install managers will be reaching out via phone or stopping by the property to check out the job and support our installers. On the last day of install, our foreman will have completion paperwork for you to sign and will collect the final payment.
We will submit all the photo documentation from the installer to the jurisdiction for review and/or schedule a day for an inspector to go out to the property and review the work. Once inspection paperwork is approved, accounting will process the final payment.
At Weather Tite Windows, replacement windows and doors are all we do. Unlike companies that rely on temporary labor or constantly changing subcontractors, we’ve built a dedicated in-house installation department focused exclusively on replacement projects.
Â
Every installer is fully insured, professionally trained, and committed to delivering the quality workmanship our customers expect.
Every installation is assigned a dedicated Crew Leader who serves as your primary point of contact throughout the project. Before work begins, your crew will review the installation plan, answer questions, and ensure you’re comfortable with the process. Throughout the project, our team uses floor protection, dust containment systems, and enclosed trailers to help keep your home clean, organized, and protected.
Â
In addition to your Crew Leader, a Senior Installation Manager remains actively involved throughout the project to monitor progress, provide support, and ensure Weather Tite Windows standards for workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are met from start to finish.

Once your measurements and any required HOA paperwork are in, we typically produce your quote within 7 days. Every quote is checked against your measurements and photos to confirm it complies with building code, HOA requirements, and your personal style before it’s sent to you.
