Weather Tite Windows has built a dedicated installation team focused specifically on replacement windows and doors, not a revolving roster of temporary labor or unfamiliar crews from project to project.
That consistency matters. Our average Crew Leader has been with Weather Tite Windows for more than five years, and every installer is fully covered by workers’ compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance.
That expertise is built from within. Through our Installation Apprentice Program, future Crew Leaders gain two to three years of hands-on experience before leading a crew of their own. The result is a highly experienced, stable team that knows our products, understands our standards and knows how to install them right.
Our installers regularly train through PGT® University, both in the classroom at PGT®’s manufacturing facility in Venice, Florida, and through hands-on field instruction, staying current on manufacturer requirements, code updates, and installation best practices.
We’ve also built dedicated practice walls that replicate real Florida construction, giving our team a controlled environment to master new techniques before they ever reach your home.
