We recently purchased seven (7) PGT WinGuard Vinyl Single Hung SH500 windows from your company for installation at our condominium. As is our practice, especially when all phases are exceptional, we wanted to write to you regarding our extreme satisfaction with your product and personnel. It is a rare situation in today’s world to find the kind of sales personnel, technical knowledge, customer care and concern, personal relationships, timeliness, and courtesy that we enjoyed with everyone we met or talked to in your organization. The product itself is wonderful and provides us with a sense of safety and security from the storms here in Florida as well as significant sound proofing from outside noise.

We want to recognize your sales staff, Ross and Jeremy, who blew your competition away with their presentation. Your project engineer, Ryan, who confirmed all the measurements, your customer service staff, Brittnay and Lauren, and especially your installers, Greko and Victor, who arrived when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. The installers were polite, engaging, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had, while not making us feel rushed or inconvenienced. They also completed the job in one day, which is much less than the competitors our neighbors have chosen. They even made friends with our rat terrier. From the marketing, to the measurements, to the installation, the flow was seamless. Ross is a fine young man and quite good at what he does. Thanks for your quick response to my inquiry for e-mail contact information. Please pass this on to Mr. Hollander. I just want to take a moment to express our thoughts from my wife’s and mine experience in dealing with Jeremy. We found Jeremy to be very confident in what he is selling and everything about your company’s history and present day workings. In general, I really don’t care for salesman in my business, as I have discussed I work for the city and deal with a verity of companies. If I had a dollar for every time I heard “Our product is the best in the world!” I could have retired long ago. But with Jeremy he truly believes what he is selling IS the best in your business/industry. For this reason alone he sold my wife and I. I had explained to her the quality of what we were getting ready to purchase. In my opinion based upon the information presented from Jeremy assured her that we are making a very smart decision to not only enhance the appearance of the house but also improve the energy efficiency. Let me take this opportunity to let your company know how pleased we are with our windows and the excellent service we received from every member of your organization that we encountered. Our first visit was from Josh. We were given an estimate that day but never felt like we were expected to make a decision. He was informative and helpful without being “pushy”. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure he answered all our questions before he left. Our daughter was here when the engineer came to make the final measurements so we did not get to meet him. She said he was very professional. Next came our installers, Dan and Steve, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The first day they worked longer then they had to so they could get everything done in two days. I realize it was beneficial for them to finish the job as quickly as possible but it was great to be able to get things back to normal sooner than we expected. They did an excellent job answering all our questions and made sure we had the information we needed about our new windows. They did a good job minimizing any mess they made in the house but then promptly cleaned up after themselves when they did. In addition we have received several calls along the way to make sure things were going well. What great service! Finally we would like to add a negative experience with you that only highlights how good your company is. We also requested a bid from a company in Venice. Not only did he refuse to give us an estimate the same day we had to call him back to get the final figures. Neither my husband nor I liked his attitude to begin with, even though his bid was slightly less we chose WeatherTite. First impressions and prompt service make all the difference in the world.
