Our K-Beam technology has a Strength and Stability system which combines expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS) with a Fiberglass Reinforced Cellular PVC meeting rail (stiffener) and an unbelievably strong fiberglass rod in the window's main frame. These three materials give our vinyl replacement windows strength and performance along with outstanding thermal performance properties that your home deserves.

The WeatherTite Ultra Plus Window System vinyl replacement windows feature the Super Spacer in the R-4, R-7, and R-10 window series. The Super Spacer thermoset foam matrix is exceptionally breathable, allowing the high desiccant content to work even faster to absorb moisture. It makes for the best low dew/frost point in the industry. Working together with a multi-layer vapor barrier and a secondary sealant, moisture is kept out, high performance gas is kept in and conductivity is virtually nonexistent.

The Ultra Plus vinyl replacement window series has a great impact on maintaining an optimum health environment in the home.
