Both the top and bottom sashes lock securely into the sill frame to increase the window’s strength against severe winds and provide a superior weather barrier to help inhibit air and water leakage into your home. The AllerGuard double-fin weatherstripping also helps inhibit air infiltration as well as provide mold-resistant protection.

The meeting rails provide a weather barrier where they interlock. This feature increases strength and greatly minimizes water and air infiltration.

(The inside rail also provides superb sash strength with metal reinforcement inside the extrusion.)

Our V-shaped foam, compression seal creates three triple seals in one for maximum weather protection. The green Comfort-Foam is eco-friendly and increases thermal efficiency. This means lower monthly fuel bills, energy conservation and reduced emissions released into the Earth’s atmosphere.
