Q: Do I need to come to your showroom or can WeatherTite Windows meet with me at my home?
A: We travel throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida to meet customers at their homes including: Tampa, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Land ‘O’ Lakes, Lakeland, Orlando, Brandon, Valrico, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole, St. Petersburg, Gulf Beaches, Bradenton, Sarasota, and more.
Q: What is your Price-Match Guarantee and how does it work?
A: Our Price-Match Guarantee was created to give our customers the most competitive pricing available on all window and door products. It’s simple: If a competitor provides you with a quote for a product and installation that is less than ours, we will beat it by $100. You must provide a written estimate from the competitor to receive the discount, and products must be of equal or greater value.
Q: How does your Lifetime Warranty program work?
A: Our Lifetime Warranty is valid on all installations. This means that should you need repair or replacement on a product that we installed, WeatherTite Windows will come out and fix/replace the product free of charge. This offer is good on all installations.
Q: How does the Energy Tax Credit work?
A: The Energy Tax Credit is available on WeatherTite Windows’ products but the amount refunded varies depending on factors such as the specific product purchased, and your home. Contact us at (800) 821-TITE (8483) for more details on the program.
Q: Are there electric company credits available?
A: Yes, you must check with your local power company but you could qualify for up to $350 in credits.
